"Kilowatt-Hour Card Corporation" and mailed to:

              Kilowatt Cards, P.O. Box 65, Falls Church, VA 22040-0065

All contributions will be used to support the distribution and redemption of Kilowatt Cards. There are no contribution limits and contributions are not tax deductible at this time. Contributions up to $12,000 are not subject to gift tax. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding any other potential gift tax consequences.
